Why is the mains socket in a distribution box a good thing? It can be said that because of two reasons:
● it is the most simple way how to connect a mains socket to an installation - directly “at a source”, without necessity of drilling of openings in a panel or similar. By this simple way, it´s possible to install a socket able to serve as an occasional power supply of tools, testing equipment,…
● it is a useful addition of every distribution box in houses and buildings, where it enables to connect electric tools even at a failure in some part of installation or at a necessity to disconnect rest of installation from any reason.
All this can be solved by a novelty in our portfolio - Schuko mains socket Finder 07.99.00. Maximum current is 16A/ 250Vac and a presence of mains voltage is indicated by an LED. Despite of an absence of a middle earthing pin, the socket is usable for many modern devices with universal plugs and naturally also for all devices with a 2-wire cord (handheld tools etc).
