CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) and Art. 7 Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) from April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
I grant consent to the processing of my personal data to SOS electronic s.r.o., with registered office at Pri prachárni 16, 040 11 Košice, ID: 31703186, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Košice I, section: Sro, entry no. 5791/V (hereinafter referred to as the "operator")
For the purpose: - n the given information system, personal data of natural persons and legal entities is processed, both registered and unregistered clients in the operator's e-shop, even without ordering goods/services provided by the operator, for the purpose of keeping records of individual clients and contact lists.

This consent to the processing of personal data is a freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous expression of my will. I was informed that after the expiration of the period for which I granted this consent, or after its cancellation, my personal data will be mechanically destroyed (shredded) and will not be further processed in any database.
Before giving consent, I was informed about the following facts:
1) my personal data will not be provided to other recipients / will be provided to an authorized employee of the operator 2) my personal data, the provision of which is voluntary, will be kept during the period of validity of the consent and will not be processed for any purpose other than the one for which it was obtained. 3) as the person concerned, I have the right to request the access to my personal data, the right to their correction or deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data transfer. 4) in a justified case, as the person concerned, I have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic. 5) I acknowledge that the cross-border transfer of my personal data to a third country does not take place. 6) I acknowledge that there is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
I have the right to withdraw consent at any time, even before the expiration of the period for which this consent was granted. I can exercise this right by e-mail, by phone or by sending a written request by registered mail with the text “GDPR” to the contact details below.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior
to its withdrawal.
