The XGZP195 measures positive gauge pressure — the difference between port and atmospheric pressure. The XGZP195 features a membrane with bridge-connected resistors. Pressure deforms the membrane, altering resistor values and bridge voltage. Laser trimming ensures ±1 mV offset at zero pressure and 40 ± 1,5 mV span at nominal pressure (10 V supply, 25 °C). The sensor is temperaturecompensated from 0 to 60 °C, with offset/span drift of ±20 μV/°C.
Features:
- Range: 0 to 10, 50, 100, or 200 kPa
- MEMS technology, solid-state reliability
- Barbless input port
- Laser trimmed mV output
- Operating temp.: -30 to 85 °C
- Temp. compensated: 0 to 60 °C
