TechNexion PICO-PI-IMX7 is Android Things certified development kit and at the same time modular hardware for IoT devices development and small series production. Use the kit or put your own one together with us.

PICO-PI-IMX7 kit consists of PICO-IMX7D-R05-E04-BW module and PICOPI-GL carrier board.
PICO-IMX7D-R05-E04-BW contains key component for running operation system, application processor i.MX7D with two ARM Cortex-A7 cores and clock up to 1GHz, 512MB DDR3L RAM and 4GB eMMC FLASH.
Interface connectors, Ethernet PHY (Atheros AR8035), audio codec (NXP SGTL5000), 3,3V voltage regulator,circuitry for generating LCD bias and backlight voltages, 1, 8 to 3,3V level shifters and auxiliary circuits are placed on the carrier board. You can directly connect 5“ or 7“ 800x480 LCD panel with capacitive multi-touch touch screen to the board.
The carrier board PICOPI-GL is compatible with all PICO-IMX7D from our offer. If you prefer PICO-IMX6UL, we have a PICOPI-FL carrier board for you.
Linux Manufacturer provides Yocto and Ubuntu binary images on their own ftp server in demo_software. folder. Linux kernel and Yocto source codes are available in development_resources/NXP folder. For real deployment, we recommend Yocto Linux because it is optimized for embedded devices. Carrier
