The HOPERF RFM95CW is a highly integrated, low-cost LoRa radio module utilizing a Semtech SX127x chip across a 137~1020 MHz range. It delivers an optimized link performance with up to -138 dBm sensitivity, consuming only 9,9 mA in ultra-low-power mode. Operating at 1,8~3,7 V, it offers flexible application differentiation via features like Duty-Cycle mode, channel interception, high power-on reset, noise output, and autonomous operation, while reducing sleep current to 160 nA.
