How to increase your chances to get hired?

You can increase your chance if:

  • you mention below info in your CV in detail:
    • Your contact details: name and surname, address, e-mail, telephone number etc.
    • Education – schools you graduated from, courses, titles, diplomas etc.
    • Work experience (employer’s name, period of service, your job position)
    • Language skills (level of proficiency), IT and other skills
    • Hobbies
    • References – before you provide the name of the person, ask for their permission
  • you attach a motivation letter to your CV in which you’ll state the reasons why you are interested in that particular position and why do you think we should hire you
  • you send us your CV in required language
  • you pay attention to the spelling mistakes. These do not make very good impression.
