The KCMA32S is a high-performance MCU Zigbee and BLE module featuring an ARM Cortex-M33 processor (up to 80 MHz). It supports Zigbee 3.0, BLE 5.3, BLE mesh, and includes 96 KB SRAM* and 1024 KB flash* for efficient operation.
The ultra-compact LCC + LGA package (20,0 × 12,0 × 2,2 mm) minimises product size and cost while enabling broad design compatibility. With up to 20 multiplexed GPIOs (I2C, UART, SPI, I2S via Gecko SDK), sensitivity of –104 dBm, and transmit power up to +20 dBm, the module offers flexibility for diverse applications. Mesh networking supports scalable Zigbee/BLE networks, ideal for many-tomany communications in smart lighting, smart buildings, and home automation. Secure Vault enhances IoT security.
