Prizes in competition:

Competition prizes are always mentioned in the competition text at the respective competition place.

Competition conditions: 

• Only SOS electronic customers or fans (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") who agree to the terms and conditions listed below may participate in the competition unless otherwise specified below.  To be eligible, a participant must be at least fifteen (15) years of age or older as of the date of entry.   Person employed by SOS electronic or those who are in a similar relation with the SOS electronic cannot participate in competition. If it is proved that the winner of the competition is the person described in this point, the right of the person to win will not arise and the sponsor of the competition is enabled to deal with the prize at his own discretion. 
• The competition with the possibility of obtaining some of the designated prizes will be attended by the Participant who will correctly and timely reply to the specified competition question (or perform any other appropriate action according to the instructions in the particular competition). The SOS elecronic always informs when, at the latest, it is possible to send responses and thus have a chance to win a prize that the SOS electronic has assigned to the contest. 
• The competition with the possibility of obtaining some of the designated prizes will be participated by the Participant, who, along with the correct answer to the competition question, will provide information on the basis of which he can be identified, contacted and duly sent the prize. 
• Every Participant of the competition who has met the above conditions and whose response to the designated competition question has been correct and sent in due time will be automatically included in the prize draw, beforehand announced by the SOS electronic. 
• By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to publish his/her name and surname, or company and country, on the SOS electronic's website and social network in the list of the competition winners, which is published at the designated place of the competition.
• In the event of non-compliance with the conditions set by the SOS electronic, such person is not entitled to receive the winning prize. In such a case, the competition SOS electronic reserves the right not to repeat the draw of the winner and to deal with the prize at their own discretion. 
• After each drawing and publication of the names of the winners of the competition on the SOS electronic's website or social network sites, the SOS electronic of the competition or a person authorized by the SOS electronic will contact the winner of the competition via email or message on social networks.
• If the winner refuses the prize because of any reason or the SOS electronic cannot reach the winner within 5 days after the end of the competition round or the winner loses entitlement to win because of any failure to comply with the competition rules or the law in connection with the participation in the competition, s/he loses the entitlement to win. In such case, the SOS electronic of the competition reserves the right not to repeat the draw of another winner and the SOS electronic can deal with the prize in his own discretion.   
• Every substitute may become a winner, in the order in which he was drawn, if the competition SOS electronic fails to contact the winner within 5 days of the draw. Upon expiry of the period for contacting the winner, the SOS electronic can contact the substitute, in the order in which he was drawn, in the same manner as in the case of the original winner. In the event that none of the substitutes can be contacted within 30 days of the draw, the prize will not be awarded to any of the Participants. 
• The prize will be handed over only to the winner of the competition who fulfils all conditions and rules according to the competition rules. In addition to the prize, the winner is not entitled to reimbursement of any additional costs related to the handover of the prize. 
• SOS electronic sends the prize based on their own discretion either using a courier or it will be sent to postal address of the winner only in European countries. 
• The winner cannot assign the right for the prize to the third party. In case the winner did not comply with or violated some of the rules of these competition rules, the SOS electronic has the right not to provide the winner with the prize. 
• Prizes are not subject of legal right and one cannot prosecute a claim of this kind.  Prize with the value exceeding 350,00 EUR is subject to the tax according to the relevant provisions of Act No 595/2003 Coll. on income tax as amended (§ 8, sec. 1 i) and § 9, sec. 2 m)). The value of the prize is to be noted in income tax return. When providing non-monetary prize, SOS electronic of the competition is obliged to inform the winner about the value of the prize which is its cost or SOS electronic or prize provider's costs. 
• During the competition, the SOS electronic reserves the right to amend and to adjust competition rules. Any changes in the competition rules will be published at https://www.soselectronic.com/en/articles/sos-supplier-of-solution/sutazny-poriadok-2331
• In case of conflict between the provisions of competition rules and information provided in promotion materials related to competition, provisions of these competition rules always take precedence. 
• SOS electronic of the competition protects personal data of competition Participants during the competition according to law (details on https://www.soselectronic.com/en/privacy). By participating in the competition Participants agree and declare that they provided data of their own person (especially referring to name, surname, address and email and telephone contact and proof of challenge accomplishment, e.g. video, photo, screenshot from the application and so on) to the SOS electronic of the competition voluntarily, for an indefinite duration of validity of this agreement which can be revoked at any time by letter sent to the address of the company SOS electronic listed at the beginning of the competition rules. Personal data are provided solely for the purpose of competition Participants’ record and for the purpose of sending the prize to winner of the relevant competition round and subsequent marketing activities.
• SOS electronic does not take over and pay for any Participant’s costs associated with participation in the competition. All Participant’s expenses are covered by the competition Participant. 
• Each Participant has all the rights of the data subject, in particular the right to request access to their personal data, the right to rectify personal data, the right to delete personal data, the right to limit the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to personal data portability, the right to withdraw consent (if consent is the legal basis of processing), the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. The Participant is entitled to revoke his consent at any time by written notice delivered to the competition SOS electronic.
• Only the Participant who does not violate the terms of the competition rules will be included in the competition with the possibility of obtaining any of the designated prizes.
• Participants of the competition express their unconditional consent to be bound by the competition rules. 
• Participants of the competition acknowledge that in accordance with § 845 of the Civil Code, the prize cannot be enforced.
• Provisions of these competition rules, operation, actual conduct, completion and evaluation of the results of the competition are governed by the legislation of Slovak republic.
