ErP regulation 2005/32/EG (reducing energy consumption) of the European Parliament together with the regulation WEEE (requirements for disposal and recycling of products) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) form a uniform system of requirements for eco-friendly products throughout their life cycle - from production through use to disposal.
Following this legislation, we began to exchange older types of power adapters from Minwa, which did not meet that standard, for new types from the same manufacturer, with an ErP marking. In the old types are always referred to a new replacement (if it exists), so that even those customers who regularly buy the same types will have a guide in selecting a new, compatible type.
