Required PCBs are squeezed to the insulation plate with acid-paint using screen printing. To corrode the unprinted sections, acids were mainly used. There's also a different method - printed circuits are made by stuffing the wires with conductive paint on a clean insulating plate, not covered by copper layer. These lines are then electrically adjusted to a thickness that is corresponding to the functional properties of a copper wire.
