LUMAWISE Endurance N and LUMAWISE Endurance S Series
Components for modern street lighting solutions can be found within these two series.
For lighting control, you can use very popular components from LUMAWISE Endurance N series (ANSI C136.41 Compliant). The ANSI C136.41 (standard for roadway and area lighting equipment) describes methods of light level control between an external locking type photocontrol (or similar device) and a dimmable ballast or driver for street and area lighting equipment. Mechanical, electrical, and marking requirements are established for dimming, locking type photocontrols, and mating receptacles. At the time this standard was approved, OSRAM, Philips, Eaton, GE Lighting, TE Connectivity, Toshiba, etc were among the members of the ANSI C136 committee.
In LUMAWISE Endurance N series you can find:
ANSI 136.41 compliant 76 mm and 81 mm diameter LUMAWISE photo control base assemblies with sleeves and covers in varying heights
TE’s LUMAWISE Endurance N Enhanced base takes the existing LUMAWISE base assembly to the next level of performance required for smart street light controls by integrating a switch-mode AC-DC power supply, 16 A switching relay, and metal-oxide varistor (MOV) surge protector onto the NEMA/ANSI C136.41-compliant base. The base is available with an energy metering header in 50 Hz, 60 Hz, and 50/60 Hz options, with or without zero-cross circuit.

If you build your lighting system compliant with Zhaga Book 18, the series LUMAWISE Endurance S is for you. LUMAWISE Endurance S connectors reduce the complexity of street lighting architecture by removing the need for auxiliary modules and the associated wiring. These Zhaga Book 18street lighting connectors consist of a standardized receptacle interface on the lighting fixture and the base and dome components which combine to house a control module. Integral gaskets complimented with a low torque mating design seal both luminaire and module. The same receptacle connection accepts modules built on either the 40mm or 80mm diameter base. UV resistant materials and a refined design ensure high durability.
