Compact Embedded PC for DIN Rail
BOXER-6710 is a compact embedded computer with passive cooling designed for mounting on a 35mm DIN rail.

It is compatible with Windows® 10 (64-bit) and Ubuntu 16.04 Linux. It can work in an environment with an ambient temperature range from -30 to 60°C with 0.5 m/s airflow, which is easily created by natural convection inside the electrical enclosure in which the computer is mounted.

Processor, RAM and Storage

The BOXER-6710 is available in two versions, BOXER-6710-A1-1010 with dual-core Intel Celeron N3350 and BOXER-6710-A2-1010 with quad-core Intel Pentium N4200.

It provides a slot for DDR3L SODIMM RAM module up to 8GB and max. speed 1866MT/s. Aluminium heatsink for RAM is included in accessories. The PC allows the use of 2.5” SATA SSD only.

For working at an ambient temperature of 60°C, it is required to use RAM and SSD for the temperature up to 85°C.

The BOXER-6710 offers:

The enclosure contains 2 holes for the SMA/RP-SMA antenna connectors protected by a removable cover.

Power Supply

Input power voltage range is 9 to 24V DC. BOXER-6710 uses 3-pin power supply connector. Mating connector, DECA MC101-50003, is included in accessory. It consumes 20W under full load simulated by Prime 95 test on Windows 10. In idle mode, when only Windows 10 is running on the computer, power consumption is 5W.
The manufacturer recommends powering the computer from a 40W 12V/3.33A AC/DC adapter FSP040-DHAN3.9NA0406819.
